Terms and conditions
Deposit: £50 is due prior to the photo shoot date. It is non refundable and non transferable. No products will be released / sent to the client until the full payment has been made.
Photo shoots: photo shoot times are to be agreed on in advance, a reminder might be sent out to the client if requested. If the client is late by over 30 min the photo shoot becomes cancelled or rescheduled at the photographer's discretion. A rescheduling fee of £50 might be applicable, which is then credited to client's purchase of images and products.
Additional people can be added to photo shoots in advance for an extra charge of £30, which will also be credited to client's purchase. These additional charges are non refundable if no purchase is made.
Photo shoots that take place outdoors can be postponed at no extra charge if the weather conditions are considered unsuitable by Rozalia Szatanik Photography and the client.
Rozalia Szatanik Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any booked photo shoots at any time, at which point a full or partial refund might be given, or rescheduling fee will not be charged (both at complete discretion of Rozalia Szatanik photography).
During the Covid-19 pandemic any photo shoot can be rescheduled by up to 60 days at no extra charge, if safety or wellbeing of the parties involved is thought to be at risk. Extra precautions are to be taken by both Rozalia Szatanik Photography and the client. These are to be discussed during the consultation and must be adhered to at all times. Rozalia Szatanik Photography will not be held liable if any party falls ill or unwell after a photo shoot, and will not hold the client liable for any illnesses potentially caused by being in contact with said client. Every client must confirm up to 48 hours before the photo shoot that to the best of their knowledge they are healthy and that they have not had any symptoms or other reasons to believe they may have contracted Covid-19 virus, and that they have not recently been in contact with anyone believed to have contracted the Covid-19 virus..
Gift cards: Gift cards are non refundable and can not be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards are valid for a year from the date of purchase. Monetary value of the gift card can be used against the session fee and all products and packages. Rozalia Szatanik Photography will not be held responsible for any gift cards that were lost, undelivered or unused before their expiry date.
If a client chooses to buy multiple gift cards at the checkout, multiple gift cards of chosen value will be sent. If a single gift card of higher value is needed, a bespoke gift card might be ordered at Rozalia Szatanik Photography's discretion. Use the contact page to enquire.
Gift Vouchers: Rozalia Szatanik Photography might give out vouchers to individuals or businesses. Gift vouchers are non refundable, non transferable and can not be exchanged for cash. The monetary value of a gift voucher can be used against the packages and prints, with the exception of wall art and enlargements, unless specified otherwise. Rozalia Szatanik Photography will not be held responsible for any gift vouchers that were lost, undelivered or unused before their expiry date.
Ordering appointment: an ordering appointment might be scheduled, where the images will be presented to the client, and where client will be able to choose which and how many images they purchase. No images or products will be released to the client until a full payment has been made.
Images and Packages: packages (as listed on the pricing page) give the client the opportunity to purchase a set amount of images or products. Digital and printed images are considered bespoke products and therefore can not be returned and are non refundable. no images (prints or digital copies) will be released to the client until full payment has been made.
All images on this website and purchased by clients are an intellectual property of Rozalia Szatanik Photography and may not be sold, copied, distributed or used for commercial purposes unless agreed on with Rozalia Szatanik Photography.
Rozalia Szatanik Photography reserves the right to make changes to pricing, product descriptions and the range of products and services provided at any time and without prior notification.
